  2. SYMPTOMS. First signs include vaginal bleeding, odorous discharge and maybe
  3. menstrual irregularities. Later signs include urinary irregularities, lower
  4. back pain, constipation and abdominal pain.
  5. CAUSES are unknown at this time but some factors that may be an influence
  6. include obesity, delayed menopause, high blood pressure, infertility,
  7. disturbed menstrual history, diabetes and family history of ovarian cancer.
